The Dagny Midtown

The building is simply sexy, stunning with some pretty amazing views! Hanover’s new skyrise is certainly an architectural treasure and will impress architectural lovers in Midtown Atlanta. I haven't seen such quality throughout a an entire new community in quite some time. I had an opportunity to interact with the entire management staff, and they were all so knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I love to live, work and play in the Midtown area. Finding a new apartment this time around and working with the staff has been a joy. It made me feel so much more confident about my decision to lease working with a team of experts in their field. First off one of the main things that stood out to me upon arriving to the building is the amazing location that it is in...right in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Surveying the area before I went in it is clear finding food and entertainment within walking distance would never be an issue. The next thing that I "WOWED" me was the amazing staff. I came in a couple times and each time was with a difference set of staff and they all were so welcoming and accommodating. I really love the atmosphere that is set with this staff and commend them for that. Lastly, the amenities that are available at this location is nothing short of exceptional....with the lobby, gym, club room and indoor & outdoor theater all are available with a certain class and artistic presence in mind. 5 stars in my book.

Hanover Midtown is an amazing place to live. The building has fabulous amenities and the views are spectacular. The concierge and management teams are kind, considerate and always professional. They treat everyone as family and go beyond to help the residents. The maintenance team handles any issues in a very timely manner. And, the views are fabulous for all of the units! If you are looking for a place that has incredible views of Atlanta, awesome amenities, friendly concierge staff, awesome maintenance crew, incredibly professional+responsive+fun/friendly leasing management employees, sound proof home, awesome interior finishes, and walkable to almost everything - then this property is for you! When touring the available apartments and property with Madison Shaw and Corey Searcey, they are two amazing leasing consultants who responds to any question you may have with helpful information; plus they both maintain amazing+friendly attitude with warm energy and kindness - - I recommend asking for either of them! From deciding to commit to a lease to moving in over the past few weeks - it has been phenomenal. My bf and I used the gym the other day and loved the variety of work out equipment. I also truly appreciate the covid-signs asking for folks to continue to do our part and wear a mask - that was really important. Noise-wise, yes - there is construction noise going on next door - however, the higher the unit, the less the noise impacts you. I work remote and the noise is not an issue! But I am also on a higher floor unit, so I am further away from any noise impact. Outside of that, I cannot hear my neighbors beside me nor above me - which is means the infrastructure foundation is perfect! Highly recommend this apartment! Check out the views!!

I recently applied. On top of the fact it cost $270, there was zero assistance on the part of the apartments when it came to explaining what documentation to upload or offering a variety of income verification options. Instead I was met with an aggravated staff member when I called and asked about the document process. Ultimately I let the application time out, If this is how I’m treated as a perspective renter, I don’t want to know how they interact with tenants under lease.

Truly this place deserves more than 5 stars it is truly amazing every square inch I’ve been on at least 4-5 tours in-house and out looking since I’ve been here in atlanta Georgia and by the way loving the city itself , Cory showed me a 2 Bedroom and it was truly beautiful 🤩 hopefully I will be back to sign a lease 😃❤️✍️ shortly …
